Volunteer Opportunities

Giving of yourself may be the most rewarding way to use your talents.  Whoever you are, there's something interesting and worthwhile for you.

Join the Theater Production Team

There's lots of  need for this exciting short-term, variable  commitment.  Volunteer to help on technical support for one production at a time: costumes, painters, carpenters, backstage monitors, etc. Or, help with publicity: lit drops, contacts with other organizations to get the word out, postering the city, taking materials to libraries, working the commons area at lunch to leaflet and stuffing envelopes for mass mailings.

Contact Deanne Traxler, 246-6546 or e-mail: DTraxler@matcmadison.edu

School Safety

Improve the effectiveness of building safety plans through the use of checklists, monthly or quarterly tasks, or just walking around looking for unknown hazards.  Minimal training may be needed for more in-depth areas.
